Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling, and project requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any lawful reason.

3. ESTIMATES & SERVICE AGREEMENTS

All estimates provided by Space Transformerz are:

  • Based on the information available at the time of quoting

  • Subject to change if conditions differ or additional work is required

  • Not binding until a formal agreement or work authorization is signed

Estimates may include assumptions about square footage, surface conditions, materials, or access. If we discover additional repairs or conditions, we will notify you before proceeding with any additional charges.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Unless stated otherwise in writing:

  • A deposit may be required to secure your project date

  • Final payment is due upon completion of the project

  • Accepted payment methods will be listed in your estimate or invoice

  • Late or delinquent payments may incur fees

Failure to pay may result in collection activity and legal action.

5. SCHEDULING & PROJECT TIMELINES

Painting timelines depend on:

  • Weather

  • Material availability

  • Project size

  • Surface conditions

  • Home access and preparation

Although we strive to meet estimated timelines, all dates are approximate and may change due to external conditions outside our control.

We will communicate schedule changes as quickly as possible.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to:

  • Provide clear access to project areas

  • Remove personal items, valuables, and breakables prior to work

  • Ensure safe working conditions for our team

  • Notify us of any special concerns (pets, health sensitivities, security systems, etc.)

  • Make decisions in a timely manner to avoid project delays

If a client fails to prepare the space as agreed, additional fees may apply.

7. WARRANTIES & LIMITATIONS

Space Transformerz may provide workmanship warranties depending on the project scope and materials used. Warranty terms will be stated in your written proposal.

Warranties do not cover:

  • Damage caused by moisture, leaks, storms, or structural issues

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Customer-applied chemicals or cleaning products

  • Damage caused by other contractors or residents

  • Issues resulting from pre-existing structural or material defects

We do not guarantee results if outside conditions or homeowner actions compromise the paint surface.

8. DISCLAIMERS

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

10. CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule a project:

  • Deposits may be non-refundable after materials have been purchased or labor has been scheduled

  • Excessive last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling availability

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule projects due to weather, unsafe conditions, or resource limitations.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on spacetransformerz.com, including graphics, text, logos, images, videos, and website design, is owned by Space Transformerz or licensed appropriately.

Users may not:
